The Cathedral School employs degreed and certified teachers who thrive in a creative environment and who set high standards for themselves.

Candidates applying for a teaching position should have the following qualifications:

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree, master's degree preferred.
• Arkansas Teachers Certification, or in the process of obtaining a certificate. Teacher certification outside of Arkansas is acceptable; however, applicants must obtain an Arkansas license as soon as possible after accepting a position at The Cathedral School.

For teaching positions, please provide the following:

• A complete application available by contacting the school.
• A current resume, college, and (if applicable) post graduate school transcripts
• A letter summarizing your reasons for wanting to teach at The Cathedral School, if applying for a teaching position
• A statement about your philosophy on education

Teaching finalists are required to spend some time on campus meeting with faculty and administrators, and/or attending school activities.
